Red dates mini wowotou
I have wanted to make this kind of small nest for a long time. I have tried using corn flour and flour before, but it always collapses. I finally found soybean noodles in a supermarket a few days ago, so I immediately bought it and tried it. It would not change at all whether it was cooked or steamed. The finished product is very mini, not much bigger than a thumb, and it looks very likable. Unfortunately, the two of us didn't appreciate it very much, and most of them were eliminated by me. Personally, I think that apart from the hard point, the taste is quite good. It has milk aroma and bean aroma. Because there are red dates in the middle, it is still a little sweetheart. Heh... If you know how to eat coarse grains, you might as well give it a try!

Steps for Red dates mini wowotou

1
Mix corn flour and soybean flour (soybean flour is less than corn flour, which is about half of the corn flour. I seem to put it a little too much this time), soak the seedless red dates in clear water for ten minutes, and set aside milk.
2
Add appropriate amount of white sugar to corn flour and soybean flour, add milk and make a dough with moderate hardness.
3
Pull the dough into small doses of uniform size. Take a small dose and pinch it into a deep cavity with your index finger and thumb. Then put your left index finger into the deep cavity and shape it with your right hand.
4
Remove the nest, put a small red date into the nest, and straighten it again. (You can also put red dates without them)
5
Put it into the steamer. (Apply a layer of oil or put a damp cloth in the steamer)
6
After the water boils, steam for 10-15 minutes.
