. Wash and soak the red beans for more than 3 hours (I soak them for 8 hours, because I forget that they will rot if they soak them for a long time

Pour away the soaking water, rinse the red beans with water, and cook them in an electric rice cooker for about 1 hour.

Pour out the excess red bean water. (Red bean water can be drunk with sugar and not wasted)

Press the rice cooker function, add a spoonful of oil to the red beans and stir

Add sugar in portions. (It depends on how sweet you like it. There is only white sugar at home. Maybe it would be better to add brown sugar)

Cook until the water dries out, and it will be thick. (After letting it cool, the bean paste will be harder)
