Many people are curious to ask me why your rice is so slender? Is it Thai fragrant rice? Actually, it's not. This is a low-sugar rice from Pakistan, which is especially suitable for diabetics. Generally, rice has high sugar content, especially glutinous rice, which is called sweet rice in English, which shows how high its sugar content is.

I didn't choose this rice because of its sugar content, but because I liked the texture. It works better for fried rice and is very chewy.
