Hehe ~~ dare you say that you have never eaten the famous honey cake!? Also ~ Aren't Sister Mi's fans called Bee? So, as a loyal fan of her, I have made this honey cake thoroughly!! haha

Steps for honey cake

Material preparation.

Pour the fine sugar, honey and eggs into a large bowl.

Boil some water first.

Place the large bowl with the ingredients in the bowl with hot water.

Then use an electric eggbeater to beat it, start with low gear, and finally change to high gear. During the process, the eggs will become thicker and thicker. Send it until the egg batter will not fall off if you lift the eggbeater as in the picture.

Then sift in the low-gluten flour.

Use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and egg batter thoroughly while stirring from the bottom up to avoid foaming the beaten eggs.
