Roasted pork ribs with potatoes
By HarleyFeeney
Roasted pork ribs with potatoes are a common dish in our family. Because I often do it, I always think "Let's take pictures next time", but I never record it. Today, I finally got the complete filming of the process. The thing used to cook ribs is still the precious electric pressure cooker I brought this semester, which saves time and convenience. If the pot is used for a long time, the time will be grasped. Adding the brine from the stewed chicken the day before yesterday, the ribs are very delicious, and the potatoes are stewed very soft but not melted. When the pot is boiled, the aroma is overflowing, and sprinkled with some chopped green onions. It will be satisfying.
