Steps for bean buns

Add yeast to 1 teaspoon of white sugar and warm water to boil and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour yeast water into flour and stir into snowflakes, and knead with your hands until smooth.

Make your own bean paste.

Just ferment at room temperature to twice the size.

Exhaust the air and rub the dough repeatedly.

Knead into long strips, cut into doses, press flat, and stick into thin skins on the middle and back four sides.

Add appropriate amount of bean paste.

Tighten your mouth and open it down.

Wrap the steamed buns and wake them for 20 minutes.

Put cold water into the pan and steam, turn the water on medium heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
