Steps for tuan tuan Yuan Yuan

Remove the black lines from the shrimps, marinate with cooking wine and salt for 20 minutes, cut Japanese tofu into 1 cm sections, and chop carrots and green peppers.2
Place the tofu on a flat plate, place one shrimp on top of each tofu, place the chopped carrot and chopped green pepper on top of the shrimp, sprinkle with a little salt, and steam for 5 minutes.

After steaming, pour the water from the plate into a small bowl, add in hoisin sauce wine and water starch, and evenly pour on the Japanese tofu!
