First peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces.
3
Chop the pork until it is glued.
4
Mix diced carrots and minced pork meat, chop together until well mixed.
5
Put the mixed radish and pork in a bowl, marinate with salt, sugar and pepper.
6
Wash and chop mushrooms.
7
Add appropriate amount of salt to the diced mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry to dry.
8
Mix the diced mushrooms and carrot pork into meat filling, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste.
9
Add a little sesame oil, mix well, and make into meat filling.
10
Prepare the fermented dough.
11
Drain the dough and knead it into long strips.
12
Cut into small doses.
13
Roll it into a thick skin in the middle and thin skin around it, and wrap it in the meat filling.
14
The wrapped steamed buns last for 20 minutes.
15
Brush the pan with oil and spread the steamed buns.
16
Pour in less than one-third of the water in the steamed buns, cover the lid and drain the water (I added a little sesame seeds to look good).
17
Pour the remaining steamed buns into the pan directly and steam them with warm water. After steaming, continue to steam for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, simmer for 3 minutes, and then open the lid.
