Dice potatoes, celery, and onion

Dice bacon and stir-fry with butter until golden brown.

Add chopped onions, diced potatoes, and diced celery in turn and stir fry for a while.

Add water, salt, and black pepper to boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Sprinkle half cup of flour into the soup and slowly stir over low heat (to prevent agglomeration) evenly.
