Steps for Spicy fried chicken

Wash the chicken leg, stab it four times vertically, not too hard, and cut it to the bone. It doesn't matter if you can't cut it, as shown in the picture.

Apply salt evenly, not too much, and always apply it to the incision. Then add appropriate amount of cooking wine, pepper, and vinegar. Add two or three drops. You can add onions, ginger, and garlic to marinate for four to five hours.

Put it in the microwave, heat over high heat for 3 minutes, turn it over and heat for another 3 minutes until blood comes out.

Stir the fried chicken flour and water into a paste, not too thin
