Steps for Ring shrimp balls

Shell the shrimp, remove the head and intestines, leaving the tail shell.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the cucumbers.

Cut the cucumbers into small pieces about 2 cm.

Use the tail of your chopsticks to poke a small hole in the cucumber section.

Pass the shrimp from the tail and place it on the cucumber.

Sit in the pot and water, pour appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the cucumber section with the dressed shrimp.

Keep stirring.

When the shrimp is medium ripe, pour in the prepared water starch, add some salt, stir well.
