I think it tastes similar to cola ribs, but it has a little more balsamic vinegar flavor than cola ribs. I used to make mature vinegar ribs, but I found that the flavor of balsamic vinegar is much more attractive than the vinegar flavor of mature vinegar! I like the taste so much.
