Steps for Fish-flavored eggs

1. Take an empty bowl, add 1 tablespoon Haitian Golden Label soy sauce king, 1/2 tablespoon chopped green onion, 1/3 tablespoon chopped ginger, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon diced green pepper, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon Pi County bean paste and 1/3 cup of water and mix well to make a fish sauce. 2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add 1/5 tablespoon of salt and mix well, and beat until egg liquid. 3. Heat a dry pan over high heat, pour in 3 tablespoons of oil and heat it, pour in the egg liquid and fry until both sides are golden yellow, and put into a plate for later use. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, saute the ginger, onion, garlic and diced pepper until fragrant, add the ground pork meat and stir fry into minced meat until the meat color is slightly white. 5. Pour in the fish sauce and stir well until boiling to make a fish sauce. Pour into a bowl and spread to cool. 6. Sliced eggs and place them on a plate, drizzle with fish sauce, and serve.2
