The first steamed buns
By JaymeNienow
Although the steps of steaming steamed buns are quite simple, I am still not satisfied with the finished product. I consulted many experts such as Se Chen and Die 'er. Although they gave me high praise, I know that my problem is that the dough is not kneaded properly. Next time, it will definitely be better than this time, hehe.

Steps for The first steamed buns

1
450 grams of ancient boat flour, a little sugar, mix.
2
Warm water, dry yeast.
3
Warm water at about 30 degrees dissolved about 4 grams of dry yeast.
4
Let stand for 5 minutes.
5
Add yeast water.
6
Add little by little to the flour.
7
Knead dough.
8
Knead until the surface is smooth. (I don't rub it properly)
9
Add water at about 40 degrees Celsius to the steamer.
10
Put the dough into the container, place it in the steamer, cover with plastic wrap (to prevent steam from dripping in), and cover the steamer lid. Develop it.
11
About an hour or so. The dough becomes twice as large.
12
Remove the dough, vent the air, and knead it.
13
Make the dough surface smooth.
14
Wake for half an hour at room temperature.
15
Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, divide the dough into 6 portions, and knead it into 6 small balls.
16
Put drawer cloth in the steamer, and put the dough in the steamer and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Bring to a boil over medium heat, add gas, and steam for 18 minutes.
