Braised ribs with carrot
By ShayneLarkin
I think carrots and ribs are a perfect match! Carrots can absorb the oil and meat aroma of ribs and make them soft and glutinous. It is very good for children to serve rice! The ribs absorb the sweetness of carrots and become salty and sweet, which is super for rice! Some dishes will taste completely different if you add carrots!
