Steps for Onion sesame soda biscuits

1
Mix the low-gluten flour, milk powder, baking soda, and salt well and sieve
2
Add yeast water, chopped green onion, and corn oil and stir until fluffy
3
Gently knead into a smooth dough
4
Roll out the dough into a 0.2cm thick dough sheet (try to roll it as thin as possible to make it crispy when baked), I rolled it a little thick
5
Use a mold to press a heart-shaped pattern on the dough sheet (I use the small lid for the candy box)
6
Put the pressed dough sheet into a baking sheet, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds, and use a fork to squeeze some small holes in the dough sheet (use a little force when piercing the holes). I tied it too lightly. After baking for a while, I found that the biscuits were bulging. It was lifted up and took it out to make up the tying, making the biscuits thicker when baked, and more crispy when thinner.
7
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, middle layer, for about 15 minutes
