Wash the whole chicken wings you bought.

Use a toothpick to make more small holes in the thick meat areas of the chicken wings (for easy taste).

Add water to the roast meat to make a 1:1 sauce.

Pour the mixed sauce on the chicken wings.

Add appropriate amount of olive oil and sauce, mix well and marinate.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours (flip a few times in between to make it better).

Remove the marinated chicken wings, place them on a baking sheet, and wrap the tips of the wings with tin foil to prevent them from being burnt.

Brush the sauce several times during the roasting process.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, heat it up and down to the middle layer, for 30 minutes.
