Steps for Garlic oil guzzling shrimp

Wash prawn remover, shrimp string, sandbag, and young claws for later use

Open the shrimp back and wash it for later use

Add oil to the frying pan at 60% oil temperature, add the prawns on both sides and fry them until they are done, and remove the red oil.

After the red oil comes out of the shrimps, add minced garlic and stir-fry to create the fragrance. Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, chicken essence, and guzzling water and cook for 5 minutes.
