Stewed pork belly with pumpkin
My husband has always said that when he was in the countryside, the pumpkin stew made by the villagers was delicious, but since I had never eaten or seen it, I never dared to try it. That day, I made up my mind and tried it once. As a result, except that soy sauce should not be added (my husband and mother-in-law said), it tasted good. So, I learned a farmhouse dish and my favorite friends could cook it.
