Steps for Korean spicy cabbage

Take a smaller cabbage, peel off the more mature leaves, and clean them up.

Cut it in half.

Put cabbage and salt in the refrigerator at a ratio of 1: 0.03 and marinate for 24 hours.

After marinating, remove it, wash it with water several times, and squeeze dry.

Prepare a bag of Korean spicy cabbage seasoning (make sure it tastes authentic) and spread the sauce evenly on each leaf.
