Steps for Spicy pork slices

Cut the lean meat and green and red peppers into slices.

Marinate lean meat with a little salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Put appropriate amount of oil in a wok, heat it up, add the meat slices, stir fry for a while, add some cooking wine, and stir well. (This step is best to grease the pork slices, but I ate too much greasy food during the New Year, so I didn't grease it this time and fried it directly.)
