The second dish taught by my father is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Dip in ketchup, salt and pepper, or vinegar with garlic, it has a unique flavor ~ a little hot, so it's best not to eat too much.

    First, mix glutinous rice flour with water into a thick paste (preferably cold boiled water, not too thin), and then pour in hot tea (while pouring and stirring, just like mixing with thin mud, haha) to make the paste.

    Next, cut the sweet potatoes into slices. Don't be too thin or you won't be able to taste the sweetness of the sweet potatoes. If you are too thick, you won't be easy to cook and waste oil.

    After doing the above steps, pour the oil into the pan. I prefer to use the blended oil, put some salt, roll the sweet potato slices in the paste a few times, put them in the oil pan, and when the sweet potatoes float to golden yellow, take them out and drain the oil!
