Steps for Ribs and bitter gourd casserole

One front rib and chop it into small pieces (the front ribs will be tender to eat, so remember to buy the front ribs).

Wash and drain the water, add appropriate amount of ginger slices, salt, oyster sauce, and sugar cornstarch, stir well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes to set aside.

Cut the bitter gourd into pieces for later use.

Place the casserole on the gas stove, over medium heat, and pour in a small amount of oil.

After heating the oil, pour in the marinated pork ribs and turn over constantly with chopsticks.

After the ribs are cut, add appropriate amount of water.

After the water boils, add the bitter gourd.

Add appropriate amount of salt and season with chicken essence.
