Five cups of chicken
By TysonWalsh
The third dish my father taught, the so-called five cups are soy sauce, water, sugar, wine and sesame oil. You must control the heat well! Otherwise, the chicken will be too hard!

Steps for Five cups of chicken

1
The first step is to fry the chicken until the skin turns golden. It is best to choose Fangpo chicken (that is, chicken that runs frequently so that the chicken is more elastic), and then you can take it out and drain the oil. Fry as much chicken as you want. It is recommended that you fry it in half or one-quarter. (Dad thought it troublesome to put the whole chicken down and fry it)
2
The second step is to cook the chicken. Put the five seasonings together and stir evenly (the wine is preferably a wine with a high concentration), pour it into the pan and cook it with the chicken over high heat, and turn off the heat when the juice is drying quickly. Fish the chicken, and keep the remaining juice in the pan!
3
Cut up the cooked chicken and set it up.
4
Finally, pour the juice on the chicken, and that's it!
