Steps for Brown sugar buns

1
Put all the ingredients in the main ingredients into the chef's machine (or bread maker) and mix well.
2
First stir evenly at low speed, and stir at medium speed to form a ball.
3
When the surface is slightly smooth, add unsalted butter.
4
Stir on medium speed until until it is pulled out to produce a film-like dough with the same name.
5
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment until twice in size.
6
Fermentation to twice as large.
7
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes.
8
Wrap in your favorite fillings separately. I use the red bean paste left over from making glutinous rice balls
9
Lay a baking sheet with oiled paper towel, gently press the dough into a round cake shape, and use scissors to cut the opening.
10
Finally cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 10 minutes.
11
Brush the egg liquid, add sesame seeds, and put into the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
