Steps for Home-cooked diced chicken

1
Cut the chicken into small pieces for later use. The paste is made with a 1:1 ratio of flour and starch. A little salt is added to the paste. The colored peppers are cut and used for later use. The peanuts are super good for later use.

This is salty and fresh. It is made for my son. Put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic, then add the colorful peppers, stir-fry slightly, add the starch liquid, and pour in the seafood soy sauce (this soy sauce tastes good and usually doesn't need to add salt, but it's quite expensive), add the best diced chicken and peanuts, stir fry for a few times to serve the pan.

This is the Thai sauce version. This one is more suitable for my husband and I. The Thai sauce is sour, sweet and spicy. When returning to the pot, add a little fried pepper with oil, then add a little fried pepper, add a little Thai sauce and a little starch liquid, and then add a little vinegar (I think it's a little sweet, so I added some vinegar), still don't need to put salt, add a little seafood soy sauce, not too much, the color will be bad, and finally add diced chicken and peanuts. The taste is very, very good. Recommended for those with a poor appetite!

This is a regular dish at home. I make two things every time, one to cater to my 3-year-old son, and the other to my beloved husband!
