Spinach stems and leaves are soft, smooth, delicious and rich in vitamin C, carotene, protein, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and phosphorus. It has the effects of opening intestines and guiding feces, promoting growth and development, enhancing disease resistance, promoting human metabolism, cleansing skin, and resisting aging.
Although there are many ways to make spinach, which can be fried, made into soup, or stir-mixed, it all seems to taste the same-a slightly astringent and light. The "carnivores" in my family are not very fond of it. In order to make them love spinach, I tried frying meatballs with spinach. The response was really good. They even shouted "Encore", and the method was very simple!

Steps for Spinach meatballs

1
Wash the spinach, blanch the soup with boiling water, and chop it up.
2
Put the shredded spinach into a basin and add appropriate amount of flour (I add very little so it can be shaped, and add more if I like to eat more noodles).
3
Stir slightly and add salt.
4
Add the five-spice powder.
5
Add MSG.
6
Add a little water, stir vigorously, and make it into small balls.
7
Put oil that can cover the meatballs into the pan, and add the meatballs when the oil temperature is 60% hot.
8
Remove and control the oil when frying until golden brown.
