Steps for cured pot rice

1
Soak the rice for more than half an hour (as long as the water has not passed a little), cut off the diced sweet potatoes and add them.
2
Sauce: Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, boiled water, and sugar.
3
Prepare sausage, rapeseed and a little crunchy peanuts. Cut the sausage into slices and set aside.
4
When the rice is soaked, it starts to boil. Pour away the water within the meter and add the same amount of hot boiling water as the rice.
5
Change the heat to a low level after the fire is boiled.
6
Cook over low heat until the rice begins to collect water, add the sausage slices, cover and continue cooking.
7
Cook until the water is dry within a meter (the sound in the pan becomes smaller), and evenly swirl along the edge of the pan and pour in a little oil.
8
Tilt the pan and cook in four directions for about 1 minute in each direction.
9
Burn it well and leave the stove.
10
Stir fry rapeseed in another hot oil pan.
11
Stir fry until soft, add MSG and salt.
12
Put the rapeseed into the casserole, set the sausage aside, and pour the sauce on the sausage.
13
Finally, add the peanuts and chopped green onion.
14
The crispy crispy rice at the bottom of the pot is cooked just right.
