Last year, school had an early holiday, and I went back to his hometown of Jiangxi with him half a month before the Chinese New Year. For me, a Cantonese native, the weather in Jiangxi was so cold. It was sunny and sunny when starting from Guangdong. The weather was in the twenties. After more than ten hours of train, it was a different kind of day to Jiangxi, rainy and chilly! I was bored watching TV by the fire at his house, especially when I watched the charcoal burning. I always thought about having a barbecue. Steps for Bie barbecue
