Shredded chicken and Chinese cabbage
This dish is made from the chicken breast left over from salt-roasted chicken. The chicken breast is relatively firewood and is better to eat when shredded. Add a little Chinese cabbage and cook it together. The sweetness of the cabbage and the flavor of the chicken blend together, making it particularly delicious!
