Wash the cut pig liver repeatedly in clear water, drain the water, and add starch to size.

Cut the onions into slices, and chop the onions, ginger and garlic into the ground.

Put the oil in the pan, heat the oil, add the pork liver to soak the oil.

Serve well oiled liver on a plate for later use.

Sauce onions, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, add cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, vinegar, and a little salt.

Add well-oiled pork liver and stir-fry it.

Stir fry until pork liver is cooked, add onions, and stir fry for a while.

Sprinkle with minced garlic before taking out of the pan.
