Dry stir-fried tofu
By RyanKuvalis
Tofu is delicious and nutritious, and is rich in vegetable protein, but it always has a beanish smell if it is not done well. Today, this dry-stir-fried tofu was a whim for me because I wanted to eat spicy things, but there was only one piece of old tofu left at home. So I used it to dry-stir-fry it. The taste was great and worth a try.
