Bodian Matcha Cake
By KarenRoberts
I originally wanted to make matcha rolls today, but later I wanted to be lazy. I tried using sponge cakes to make cake rolls. The result is imaginable. The amount used is a little too small, so it's sad. But it's also good. Fold it up a few layers to make a cream cake is also a good choice. It's also very lovable to see a bit of matcha cake.

Steps for Bodian Matcha Cake

1
preparation materials
2
Sift the flour well and set aside
3
Beat the eggs into a large basin, pour the fine sugar in one go, put hot water in the pan, place the egg beating basin in the hot water and beat the eggs with an egg beater
4
With continuous beating, the egg liquid will become thicker and thicker. About 15 minutes or so, beat the eggs until clear lines can be drawn on the surface.
5
Add low-gluten flour in three or four times, turn from the bottom up with a rubber spatula and mix well.
6
Pour the salad oil into the stirred cake paste and continue to stir well.
7
Put some cake paste in the decoration bag and squeeze small dots on the baking sheet covered with tinfoil. This is much easier than love! Place it in a preheated 170-degree oven for about 3 minutes
8
Add matcha powder to the remaining cake paste, stir well to form matcha cake paste
9
When the small points are baked, pour all the matcha batter into the baking sheet and use a spoon to help smooth it. My amount is a little short, only a very thin layer is left. Place in the oven heated at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
10
At this time, use light cream and fine sugar to stir into cream cream
11
After baking the cake, take out the upside down and remove the tin foil. It's amazing. It's all small dots

Next, I wanted to make a cake roll, but it got cold for taking pictures and couldn't be rolled. I just cut it into a few pieces, spread butter on it, and then cut the edges together. It was the same lovely matcha cake. My son watched and ate, but it was gone in a while, leaving only such a precious piece for a photo!
