Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore, so I directly added some flour to the egg yolk, added it to soak in the cold coffee, stirred it, and poured the half-beaten egg white into the batter; briefly stirred, sprinkled some yeast powder, and then Stir well, and then put it in a rice cooker to roast.

The final product was like this. It took a lot of trouble to get it out of the pot. It didn't look good, but it tasted okay. The softness was a bit similar to jujube cake; it was not bad.
