Steps for Milk toast

Overweigh all ingredients, except butter, and place them in a chef's machine or toaster.

Use low speed first and stir well.

Stir at low and medium speed to form a dough.

Medium speed, I use third gear, stir until the dough is smooth and the mold can be drawn a little.

Add butter.

Stir until you can pull out a large mold.

Place it in a bowl and ferment.

Fermentation to twice the size. In winter, I just preheat the oven to 50 degrees and then turn it off, leaving only the light on and putting it in. It will double the size in about an hour.

Take it out, exhaust it, divide it into 3 equal parts, and relax for 20 minutes.

Take out a portion, continue to exhaust, and round it.

Roll the rolling pin into an oval shape.

Scroll from top to bottom.

Place all three portions in a toast box, cover or plastic wrap and continue to ferment.

Covered toast should be fermented until 9 minutes full, preheated to 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
