Crispy cheese rice dumplings

I wanted to make some rice dumplings this year during the Dragon Boat Festival. The child likes to eat rice dumplings and makes some rice dumplings for her every year. The Dragon Boat Festival hasn't arrived yet, and my friends and second-in-law sent a lot of rice dumplings. They couldn't finish them all and had to freeze them in the refrigerator. I don't need to pack it. I still have to think about how to clean those rice dumplings and try to make the small date rice dumplings into crispy cheese rice dumplings. It's really good, with crispy skin, waxy filling, and silk pulled out from Masu cheese in the filling.

Cut the rice dumplings into small pieces.
