Steps for Tiger skin chicken feet

Slice half of the ginger, minced half, minced garlic, and circle the dried peppers; wash and drain the chicken feet, cut off the nails, and chop the chicken feet into two for later use.

Add water (preferably enough to cover the chicken feet) into the pan, add star anise, ginger slices and appropriate amount of pepper grains, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling, add chicken feet and cook for 5 minutes, remove and set aside.

Heat the oil in a dry pan, put the ginger and garlic, pepper grains, pepper rings, and soy sauce into a frying spoon to soak the oil, and add white sugar in the pan until it bubbles.

Slide in chicken feet from the edge of the pan and stir-fry slowly over medium heat until tiger spots appear.

Add salt to taste.
