Steps for sweet and sour pork ribs

1
Keep washing the ribs with the faucet on.
2
Blanch the blood in boiling water.
3
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger and green onions to marinate the boiled pork ribs for 20 minutes.
4
Put on the pan and steam until crisp (about 30-40 minutes).
5
Pick out the steamed ribs for later use, take out the broth, and use the ginger and onions for later use. Pour the oil into the pan and heat it to 70% heat, and fry the ribs until golden brown (use high heat, not too long to avoid the meat becoming stiff).
6
Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add the rock sugar and boil it, add the broth of steamed pork ribs (keep the heat low, don't burn the sugar, add it from the edge of the pan when adding the soup to avoid splashing), soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and put in the pork ribs and cook for a few minutes.
7
When the soup is thick, add a few drops of vinegar to the pan and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
