Book cake
By MireyaGlover
My son's birthday is on the same day as Lincoln, and school is closed on this day. He had said early on that his cake would have strawberries and the chocolate chips I made to decorate the cake. I originally wanted to make a car look, but he said that he didn't like cars, so let's make a book. This kid loves reading. But my mother had no artistic sense or imagination, and she made a book cake that was not like a book. This book is so mini that there is no room for the chocolate chips, so I have to put them on the edge to decorate them.

Steps for Book cake

1
Turn the long Qifeng cake upside down and let cool.
2
Cut the cake in half.
3
Stack the two cakes, trim the edges neatly, trim the left and right sides, and make a shallow groove in the middle. (Because the cake is too mini, I can only tilt the top piece a little.)
4
Beat the light cream with sugar until hard.
5
Place the entire cake slice on the cake tray, lightly coat with cream, and top with the strawberry kiwi dices.
6
Cover with another piece of cake.
7
Pour in the cream and smooth.
8
Sift the remaining cream into cocoa powder and mix well, and place it into a decoration bag.
9
Use cocoa cream and pectin to draw the edge and write the words.
10
Cut open and eat.
