Steps for braised pork

  • 1
    1. Wash the pork and put the onions and ginger into water and boil it until the pork can be penetrated with chopsticks. 2. Put the pork in the refrigerator and refrigerated for a period of time. I forgot to take pictures of these two steps-these two steps are mainly to make braised pork without spending too much effort to filter out the pig's blood, and it is easier to cut it into slices
  • Make step 0
    2
    Cut refrigerated pork into slices
  • Make step 1
    3
Heat the pot without adding oil, throw the refrigerated pork into the pot ~ stir-fry the oil ~ avoid getting greasy
  • Make step 2
    4
It seems that the oil is almost ready. Hurry up and fish out the pork
  • Make step 3
    5
Throw a few rock sugar in (my dad said the color of rock sugar will shine when boiled... so I gave up the idea of making it with brown sugar...)
  • Make step 4
    6
Add pork when the rock sugar melts slightly, stir-fry until the pork shines
  • Make step 5
    7
Add cooking wine and stir-fry the pork. After a minute or two, add light soy sauce and soy sauce. After stir-frying (stir-fry until the color is even), add water to cover the pork. Then add star anise cinnamon and spring onion.
  • Make step 6
    8
When the meat becomes soft, turn on a high heat and heat the soup to thick, add salt and serve out of the pan

I don't know how to write tips or anything like-, -but generally speaking, if the pork is difficult to cut, I choose to cook it before cutting it or freeze it in the refrigerator for a period of time before taking it out to cut it, so that the slices will be smoother! I think if this dish can be made with brown sugar, the sweetness in the taste should be stronger. Try it next time!
