Oat noodle cake roll
The original recipe is Sister Snowflake's hot noodles. I changed the low flour to miscellaneous grains. Qi Feng was not very successful when making hot noodles for the first time. It took too long to bake it, and it became a little dry.

Steps for Oat noodle cake roll

1
Heat milk + oil + sugar to 65 ° C over water (I don't have a thermometer, just about it) and beat until the water and oil combine
2
Mix the naked oats noodles + custard flour and pour into step 1. The batter is very dry
3
Add the beaten egg yolks in time and mix well
4
Mixed egg yolk paste
5
Beat egg white + sugar until dry and frothy
6
Mix egg yolk and egg white well and pour into a baking sheet. Smooth the batter to create bubbles

I used it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When I came out, it felt a little rustling when I patted it. I went in and baked it for another 5 minutes. Spread a piece of roasted seaweed on the baked cake piece, add some hawthorn pulp, and roll it up while it is hot.
