It's a very common plate of stir-fried vegetables. The loofah was given by a colleague and grown by his father-in-law. I can eat freshly picked loofah, gourd, green beans, edamame every day. It's great. Compared with the vegetables in the greenhouse, the vegetables I grow at home are much more delicious. I also soak in some light and have fresh vegetables to eat every day, ha.
