stir-fried pork with pickled cabbage

My sister went back to Northeast China to celebrate the New Year and brought some cabbage for her thousands of miles away, so she tried making stir-fried pork with pickled cabbage and tried it!

- pork 150 grams
- onion appropriate amount
- Jiang appropriate amount
- cooking wine appropriate amount
- soy sauce appropriate amount

Steps for stir-fried pork with pickled cabbage

Cut the pork into strips, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Shred sauerkraut, soak in water for a while, and rinse it twice (for fear of acid, you can't eat it).

Slice green onion and ginger for later use.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the meat and stir fry until the meat changes color and serves out.

Add appropriate amount of oil, add green onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add pickled cabbage, stir fry for a while, and add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the stir-fried meat, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for about 10 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry well and remove from the pan.
