Because I am a southerner, I rarely eat pasta at home, but noodles are often available. Noodles in the south are very different from those in the north, especially Guangdong noodles. They taste very refreshing, but the alkali content is too high and many people from other places are not used to it. I don't care. I often have some noodles at home, both kinds, and make breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays or prepare for temporary needs. There happen to be some seasoning bags at home. Today, I made a hot and sour soup noodles with fine noodles. The taste is okay and the time is relatively short, so it can be used as breakfast.

Steps for Hot and sour soup noodles

Prepare noodles and other ingredients.
