The first time I made doughnuts was a success, so I would like to share it with you. There are many recipes for doughnuts, with and without potatoes. The one I made didn't add potatoes, but added butter, because the children like it better!

Steps for donuts

Mix a spoonful of sugar and yeast powder and add to the milk

Stir until the sugar is completely melted and add 100 grams of flour

Stir evenly until the dough is free of particles

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 30 minutes (see picture)

Mix 500 grams of flour, vanilla extract, 120 sugar and salt, add the fermented step 4 and place it in a kneading machine to knead

When step 5 is completely mixed, slowly pour in the eggs and continue kneading

Add the shredded lemon zest

Add the butter softened in the greenhouse and knead it into a completely integrated dough

The kneaded dough is a little wet and sticky. Pour it on the floured chopping board

Make it into a round dough with the help of flour, place it in a larger container and ferment until it doubles in size

Pour the fermented dough on the floured chopping board and gently rub it to exhaust the air

Roll the dough sheet into about centimeters

Use a cup to press out a round dough sheet (since I have no tools)

Then use any bottle cap you can find at home and press out the small round between them, making a doughnut.

Place it on oil paper at a distance and place it in a windless place to relax for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan until it is 7 minutes hot. If you are not sure, you can put a scrap and try it. If it comes up immediately, it will explain. (If you use a thermometer, 150, 160 degrees)

Add the relaxed donut and fry it over low heat.

When both sides are brown, pick it up immediately.

Put it on kitchen paper to absorb oil and let cool.

Let the doughnuts roll with white sugar or powdered sugar and serve.
