Steps for Purple yam sago

Peel and slice purple yam and steam over water

Put the purple yams in a cooking machine, warm up boiling water, add honey and white sugar and squeeze into yam juice

Bring the water to the boil, put a handful of small sago and cook for about ten minutes

When there are still some white grains in the sago, turn off the heat and simmer it for five minutes

Take out the sago and rinse it in cold water. It will make it easier

Pour in the squeezed purple yam juice, add a few slices of finely chopped cooked yam grains and serve!
