Today, I tidied the refrigerator and found that I had not finished eating the squid feet I bought before the New Year. I tried roasting this dish. I felt that the taste was not bad, so I shared it with everyone! After being slowly and finely roasted over medium heat at 200 degrees, it fully retains the unique freshness and soft and tough taste of the squid, meeting people's needs and wishes for seafood. Squid feet are rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus and iron, which are very beneficial to bone development and hematopoiesis. They can inhibit cholesterol content in blood, improve liver function, and have antiviral and anti-ray effects.

    Preheat the oven for 3 minutes at 200 degrees, place it on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet, sprinkle with the coriander and the remaining chopped green onion. Serve.
