Steps for Kung Pao Chicken

1
Prepare the materials. (The peanuts I use here are the ones that can be opened in bags and eaten directly)
2
Wash the dried peppers and cut the green onions, ginger and garlic.
3
Remove the yolk of the egg and remove the egg white.
4
After thawing, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add a little starch and egg white and stir well. (This way, the diced chicken tastes very delicious)
5
Mix the water starch.
6
Add half a bowl of water, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, a little chicken essence, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and appropriate amount of sesame oil into a clean bowl. Mix well.
7
Pour the oil into the pan, add the pepper and stir-fry it until fragrant, and remove it. (Don't put too much pepper, otherwise it will choke.)
8
Then add the peppers, green onions, ginger, and garlic and saute until fragrant.
9
Then add the diced chicken and stir fry.
10
Stir fry and change color. Pour into the mixed juice and bring to a boil.
11
After the soup comes to a boil, add the water and starch.
12
The soup becomes thicker, add the peanuts and stir fry well before serving. (I really like to eat spicy children's shoes, so I can sprinkle them with some chili oil)
13
It is a home-cooked dish with a high click rate in the restaurant. If you like it, you can try it. The peanuts were already ripe, so they were put last.
14
The amount of seasoning is increased or decreased according to your taste.
