Italian potato meatballs

Italian potato meatballs
In Italy it is called (gnocchidipatate), which translates to potato rice cake. But I prefer to call it potato meatballs. It is mainly made of mashed potatoes mixed with flour and a little rice flour. It tastes soft and glutinous but will not stick to the teeth. The rich potato aroma is coupled with sweet and sour ketchup, making people want to eat it again! (Haha.. No advertising)
