The first time I made sushi with leftover rice was hand-rolled without using bamboo curtains. It was simple and convenient! It's delicious!

Steps for sushi

All raw materials are as shown.

Beat the eggs and cut the cucumber, carrot, and ham into long strips.

Blanch the carrots with boiling water.

Heat the cake pan, add a little cooking oil, pour the beaten egg liquid into the pan, and fry into egg cakes.

Cut the omelet into long strips.

Start rolling sushi. First spread rice on seaweed, and spread ham, eggs, carrots and cucumbers on the rice. (I don't like to add sushi vinegar to rice, so I roll it directly)

After rolling the seaweed, apply a little vinegar or water to the sealing area. It will not be easy to disperse, and then cut open.

Because it was hand-rolled and not very tight, I used two pieces of seaweed so that the rolled sushi would not fall apart.
